My Mission

Chris Lim transforms individuals, teams and organizations from good to superb by providing the support and structure needed to define dreams and achieve goals.

I believe that each individual is uniquely gifted by God with a distinct blend of innate talents and dreams. I believe that those talents and dreams coupled with their unique set of skills and experience makes each person unique and necessary. Moreover, I believe that the basis for true and enduring change is found in Biblical principles. I also believe that everyone has a calling and if someone can discern what his or her calling is and make steps towards realizing that calling they will find personal fulfillment and they will fill a one of a kind roll made just for them.

Finally, my coaching is strengths-based. I believe that a person, team or organization can accomplish more and have a greater influence by focusing on building strengths rather than mitigating weaknesses. I don’t deny that weaknesses exist. Rather, I believe that success is found not in pointing out weaknesses or failures, but by identifying strengths and focusing efforts and resources on building up those strengths.
